You start with a warm -up where you will swing your hips, body roll and squat. Then you jump right into the workout. Jordan breaks down the dance movements but sneaks in some HIIT conditioning strings such as jumping outlets and knee drivers. And who doesn’t love a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout?
Yes, there are plenty of high power exercises, but if jumping is not for you you can follow class member Elle Baez. During this session, Jordan will give you a new routine with each song. Expect a mixture of twerks with high knees and squats with prey. You will move sideways and above all movement plan because Jordan does not leave any body part unprocessed. Trust us: Your prey and thighs will be sore tomorrow.
