Rudy Pankow (“Outer Banks”, “Uncharted” and “Accidental Texan”) will join Colleen Hoover “Reminders of him” filming at Universal like Scotty Landry.
Pankow joins a role that includes Maika Monroewho plays Kenna Rowan and Tyriq Withers, who play Ledger Ward. Vanessa Caswill will direct the film.
The novel follows Kenna Rowan, a woman who has just finished a five -year prison for a tragic mistake. She returns to her hometown in the hope of making changes and reconnecting with her daughter, but almost everyone in the city closes her and saves a local bar owner, Ledger Ward.
As time goes by, Kenna grows and leds closer, although they both risk being exhausted even more if their budding romance is discovered. Despite this, they drive forward, as Kenna is looking for a way to fix her mistake.
Hoover wrote the script with Lauren Levine, with which she founded her new production studio HeartBones Entertainment 2023. Both Hoover and Levine will serve as producers on “Reminders of him.” Gina Matthews produces through small engine productions.
Robin Fisichella also produces executive. Christine Sun, head of production development, will monitor the project for Universal.
First published in 2022, “Reminders of him” have sold more than 6 million copies in the United States and are a best seller around the world. Hoover is the best -selling author of many novels, including “It ends with us”, “It starts with us”, “Layla”, “Heart Bones”, “Confess” and “Verity.”
