What I like with Crest 3D Whitestrips
What really impresses me with Crest 3D Whitestrips is how effective they are. Although it had been over a decade since I last used them, I couldn’t resist trying them again and added them to my virtual Amazon customer. The box boldly claimed that they could “remove over 15 years of stains in three days”, which originally made me a little skeptical. But the results speak for themselves.

After only four treatments, the difference is already remarkable. The “Before” image on the left and “after” image on the right clearly shows the noticeable change. And I have hardly made a tooth in the box with lots of treatments left.
How to use Crest 3D Whitestrips
Using Crest 3D Whitestrips is a simple process. Within a box containing 20 treatments, each strip is individually wrapped for convenience, making them travel -friendly. To use them, simply peel up the package with the tear corps and then place the longer strip on the front of the upper teeth and shorter strip on the lower teeth. When doing this, try to strive to adjust the straight edge of the strip with the gums and then fold over the back of the teeth to secure it in place. Leave the strips for 30 minutes and then remove them. I always brush my teeth afterwards to get rid of the peroxide flavor, but in the end it is a personal preference.
It is important to note that the perfect application process may require some tests and errors. I found that the poignant structure of the bleaching strip worked really well on my upper teeth but not as effectively on my lower teeth. Towards the end of the 30 minutes, I noticed that the lower strip tended to slip off, resulting in a gap in the coverage. Similar experiences have been shared by other shoppers. Similarly, they recommend that you “rinse your mouth as soon as possible to minimize the risk of stains if you drink coffee, tea, red wine or cola or eat foods that will probably color your white teeth.” As an avid coffee drinker, I have made a point to rinse with bleaching mouthwash after getting my coffee fix.
