Disney makes some changes to its release scheme, dating a couple of high-profile, filmmakers-driven titles and represents his upcoming Pixar movie.
Pixar’s “Elio”, about a little boy who dreams of being abducted by foreigners, moves from June 13, 2025 to June 20, 2025, likely to avoid Universal’s live-action “how to train your dragon”, which is also dated June 13 . (“How to train your dragon” comes off Buzzy Super Bowl Spot.)
James L. Brook’s “Ella McCay”, with Emma Mackey in the title role for a young politician who takes over as governor of her state, has been given a September 19, 2025 date with permission from the 1900s studios. In addition, Sam Raimi’s “send help”, another title from the 1900s, received a January 30 2026, date. That movie Stars Rachel McAdams and Dylan O’Brien and is a thriller on an island, where survivors of a flight accident struggle to stay alive.
In a more nebulous area, an untitled Disney project, earmarked for September 12, 2025, has been removed from the schedule. Another untitled Disney project has been worn out on October 24, 2025, while a previously dated Untitled Disney project, intended for January 16, 2026, has been removed from the calendar.
Disney just released Marvel Studios’ Iffe “Captain America: Brave New World”, and has a robust 2025 slate that includes a Live-Action “Snow White” recording (March 21); A thriller from the 1900s studios called the “Amateur” (April 11); Marvel Studios Starry Villain’s team-up movie “Thunderbolts” (May 2); A Live -Action “Lilo & Stitch” recording (May 23); Marvel Studios “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” (July 25); Legacy Sequel “Freakier Friday” (August 8); long -awaited sequel “Faith: Ares” (October 10); 1900s “Predator: Badlands”, the follow-up of “exchange” (November 7); Walt Disney Animation Studios “Zootopia 2” (November 26); And James Cameron’s “Avatar: Fire and Ash” (December 19).
