We are still a year away from the next Avengers team-up, but the film gathers quickly.
With one Major Cast reveals The Marvel fans announced the production on the film is pleased to come back to event films from the franchise. But it has been a long way to come here, and as we mentioned we still have a way to go; It can be difficult to keep all the details of the movie sorted in your memory.
So we have gone ahead and rounded them in one place so you don’t have to! Here’s everything we know so far about “Avengers: Doomsday.”
When will “Avengers: Doomsday” come out?
“Avengers: Doomsday” will currently meet theaters on May 1, 2026.
Who is in the role?
Marvel anesthetized audience with his first role reveals back on San Diego Comic-Con 2024 and announced Robert Downey Jr.’s return to Franchisen- This time as Doctor Doom.
Then announced the studio a deep bench of avengers that would take him in a very Long livestream on March 26. You can see the full list hereAlthough it seems Marvel may not be done yet (after all, as Thewrap exclusively revealed, Chris Evans should also return).

What is “Avengers: Doomsday” about?
At this point, exact history details are unknown, but when Marvel teased after its first major casting reveals “everything leads to ruin.”
So with the promise, as well as the name of the film, it is quite clear that Doctor Doom is the next threat at Avengers level. What is not clear is about Downey Jr. Plays a Tony Stark variant that becomes Doctor Doom, or if something else is played.
Joe and Anthony Russo, who directed “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: EndGame”, has teased this movie as a “beginning” Contrary to the crucial nature of their previous “Avengers” movies, get ready for a little set.
“What is compelling about these two new Avengers films is that they are a start. It’s a new beginning. We told a final story, now we will tell you a beginning. And who knows where to go from there.”
Who directs “Avengers: Doomsday”?
Marvel Vets Joe and Anthony Russo are returns to direct both “Avengers: Doomsday” and “Avengers: Secret Wars”, after previously directing Franchise -hits including “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”, “Captain America: Civil War”, “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame.”
Stephen McFeely, like Cowrote the Russo’s former Marvel films with Christopher Markus, will write script for both Avengers films.
Did this movie not another title before?
It really did. Originally, the film was announced as “Avengers: The Kang Dynasty” as early as 2022. Fans were first introduced to Kang – or rather a variant of him known as he remains – in the first season of Marvel’s “Loki” series. He was played by Jonathan Majors.
We met the Kang Conqueror in “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.” He was set to be the villain at the center of literally everything for the coming phases, similar to Josh Brolins Thanos, but in December 2023 was Majors found themselves guilty of accusations of abuse and harassment in its case in New York violence at home.
After the verdict, Marvel kicked him. The “Kang Dynasty” would meet theaters on May 2, 2025, with “Secret Wars” after November 7, 2025. With the recall, both were shot back.
Is there a trailer yet?
Not yet. “Avengers: Doomsday” only went into production and filmed in London. The closest we have a trailer at this time is Robert Downey Jr. draws an agatha harkress (We see you sir) at the end of the role “Doomsday” reveals.
