Netflix and Sony Pictures Animation have beaten charts with gold with “Golden” Hunt/xSoaring to No. 1 at Billboard Hot 100.
It notes the top spot with almost 32 million streams, 8.4 million Radio Airplay Public Intressions and 7,000 sold in the United States. The track, performed by singer writer Ejae, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami, marks a historical first: The only No. 1 Hot 100-hit by a female K-pop group in the diagram’s 60-plus annual history-more than only toppings were held by BTS and its solo shifts.
Also on Hot 100, SAJA Boys, Hunt/X’s rivals, climbs from No. 9 to No. 8 for a new threat 100 high with “Your idol.”
The parent album, “KPOP Demon Hunters “Soundtrack, stays firm on No. 2 at Billboard 200Logs its best week still with 100,000 corresponding album units. The record, bound to the animated action-fantasy movie of the same name, has gained momentum every week since that debut seven weeks ago.
Released on June 20, the action -packed film has become a global streaming phenomenon on Netflix, lands on the platform’s 10 best in all 93 tracked countries and hits no. 1 in 33, including South Korea, Brazil, France, Mexico and the Philippines.
Making waves at the top of Hot 100 is Chappell Roan’s long -awaited ”The subway“Arrived at No. 3. A ballad she performed for the first time more than a year ago, at 2024 Governor’s Ball Festival,” The Subway “is Roan’s first new music edition since” The Giver “earlier this year.
“The Subway” is now Roan’s highest survey song of all time on Hot 100, surpassing “Pink Pony Club” and her breakout single, “Good Luck, Babe!” The song debuts on the list of 25 million streams, 787,000 in the Airplay audience.
Back on the album diagram, Morgan Wallen‘S “I’m the problem” continues to dominate for a 10th week on No. 1. It is a run that binds the country’s hitmaker with Elton John during the fourth weeks of No. 1 among male artists in the diagram’s history (Elvis Presley leads by 67 weeks). Wallen is also the only document that spends at least 10 weeks on No. 1 with three consecutive full -length albums. (“One thing at a time” ruled for 19 weeks which is not consecutive 2023-34 and “Dangerous: The Double Album” was listed 10 straight weeks 2021.)
Reneé Rapp achieves its highest mapping album yet (and the first top 10) when “Bite me” debuts on No. 3 on Billboard 200 with 64,000 album units earned. She previously topped with a post on Billboard 200, “Snow Angel”, which came in at No. 44 2023.
$ Uicidboy $ $ also serves its highest mapping album as “Thy Kingdom Come” debuts on No. 4 with 57,000 album units. It is the fifth top 10 set for hip-hop duo, behind their No. 5 entry in 2024’s “New World Depression.” Yeat, in the meantime, gathers its sixth top 10-charged effort when “Dangerous Summer” starts at No. 9 with 34,000 album units. It collected almost 26 million streams and 16,000 sales.
The remainder of the top 10 on Billboard 200 is filled with Justin Bieber’s “Swag” at No. 5; Alex Warren “You will be okay, kids” on No. 6; Wallen’s “One thing at a time” on No. 7; And SZA’s “SOS” returns from No. 12 to No. 8. Sabrina Carpenter’s “Short N ‘Sweet” closes the top of No. 10.
