Harvey Weinstein has sued the production companies behind the national tour of the musical “Finding Neverland” for violation of the contract and accused them of secretly containing $ 2.3 million in payments owed to the imprisoned Hollywood producer.
The atmosphere, which submitted a lawsuit in the New York State Supreme Court, claims that Weinstein and his company owned a 50 % share in the tour and were entitled to half of the gross income from Network’s presentations, National Artist’s Management Company and FNL Touring.

The complaint also claims that producers stopped making contractual payments, including a minimum each week for $ 4,000, a consulting fee of $ 3,750 and a minimum of $ 2,000 guaranteed each week. The plaintiff was also promised 27.5 percent of the net profit, according to agreements mentioned in the costume.
Weinstein’s mood is looking for $ 2.3 million plus legal and consulting fees. The companies did not immediately respond to requests for comment on Wednesday.
Weinstein is in the New York prison and waiting to judge his conviction of sexual abuse for sexual abuse. He is also facing a 16-year sentence in California on rape and beliefs of sexual abuse.
