Being a shopping editor is almost synonymous with being a product guinea pig – especially for beauty. I have had my fair part of trying the best (and strangest) products approved by Tiktok and celebrities, but I still had not yet tried a LED mask. I’ve seen them everywhere, from my FYP to my Instagram feed, but to be a minimal Skin care routine Girl, I never gave in hype (having relatively clear skin may have something to do with it). But unfortunately, I have been affected and finally given temptation with Higher dose red light mask ($ 349) – and I get hype now.

There are so many LED masks on the market, so of course I was super careful when I chose one for my first experience. This one from a higher dose is not only TikTok-approved, but it is FDA cleaned, which gave me more peace to use it. Although I have only used it for just over a month, I have noticed even more brightness in my skin – so much so that I get compliments almost daily, and I consider much to go through most of the summer without foundation. Continue reading for my full review and find out why this mask is worth the investment.

What i like with the higher dose red light mask

All the jokes aside, I love everything about the higher dose red light mask. It is certainly that the red light is something to get used to (I definitely saw stars after closing my eyes first use), but its benefits constitute safe for the temporary photo. With such a busy schedule it is very rare that I do more than my usual 10 to 15 minutes Skin care routineBut using this mask forces me to pause and relax. You can either use it by connecting it to the wall or by its wireless feature, but I love to use it connected. Whether it is for the recommended time or a little longer, the red light is super coupling and allows you to have some time for yourself – completely continuous. Not to mention, it keeps me fully focused when I look at this controversial season of “Love Island United States.”

Apart from its soothing abilities, I love how much my skin shines after using this mask. While I have relatively clear skin, it is is sensitive So there are moments when I notice a little redness, but I had never found a product to conquer the problem before. After my first use, I noticed a significant difference in my skin and structure, and my skin even felt more updated – as if I had just received a luxurious facial treatment. It also helped to clear some stubborn brands that Finns had left behind, and I can say that progress will only continue. You can see the difference in my skin just one month intervals.

How to use the higher dose red light mask

While it may look complex, the higher dose of red light mask is easy to use. It comes completely charged straight out of the box, and you can simply put it on after doing your regular cleaning routine. You can adjust the mask over the face using its side and upper Velcro (I rarely use the top due to my hair) and choose your time for either 10 or 20 minutes. And that’s it – you’re an LED mask pro!

What to think about before trying the higher dose of red light mask

It is worth noting that the battery life on this mask is not as long as other models. You get about three uses before you have to charge it, so I recommend that they charge overnight. It is also a bit expensive, but the results make it worth the investment.

Where is the higher dose red light mask available?
