A sequel to “Jennifer’s Body” is in the works, yes, at least according to his star Amanda Seyfried.

Seyfried played in the horror comedy in 2009 as Anita “Needy” Lesnicki, the geeky friend of Jennifer (Megan Fox) who becomes obsessed with a demon and begins to chew down her male admirers at her high school. Onus is then in need to save the day and life for her classmates. The film was directed by Karyn Kusama and has become a cult classic during the years after the release.
When the film first came out, it was generally panned by critics. Watching the movie get a dedicated fanbase has meant that the world for author Diablo Cody.
“I mean, the movie is everything to me. And it was for me at that time too, but of course it just not, and it was not embraced, ” Cody told Thewrap in an interview in February last year. “It was really heartbreaking when that movie came out, and it was just – frankly, it wasn’t just failed, it was rubbish.”
The actress said that the movie that found her foot has healing. In an interview with Bloody disgustingAuthor Diablo Cody said she would love to write a second chapter.
“I’m not done with ‘Jennifer’s body’ … I have to collaborate with people who believe in it as much as I do, and it hasn’t happened yet. I need someone to believe in what has a billion dollars.”
