Nick Carter is facing the fourth lawsuit for sexual abuse


Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter is facing new accusations of sexual abuse in a mood that claims that the singer raped a woman on two occasions while they were involved in a relationship in 2005.

In a civil complaint, submitted last week in Nevada and was reviewed by AmountA woman named Laura Penly accuses Carter of having forced her into sexual acts in 2004 when she was 19 and Carter was 25. Penly’s trial is the fourth atmosphere in sexual abuse in a series of legal complaints submitted against Carter.
