Hamdan Ballal, the Palestinian co-director of the Oscar-winning documentary “No Other Land”, was attacked by Israeli settlers and was arrested by soldiers while being treated for his injuries, according to social media by colleagues Yuval Abraham.

Since the film’s premiere at last year’s Berlin Film Festival, Ballal, Abraham and Adra have continued to publish photos and videos of attacks against Palestinians on the West Bank, with Ballle’s most Recent post on Instagram Comes six hours before Abraham said he had been attacked and arrested.
Abraham gave a more detailed account of the alleged attack against Ballala in an Follow -up posts written in Hebrewalong with videos of Israeli settlers attacking CJN activists and throw stones on their cars. “No Other Land” has not received a distributor in the United States and has been shown in 138 theaters through an independent booker.
