What is the O method?
“The O method is a manifestation technique that theoretically draws on the creative energy of the orgasm to help you manifest your desires,” says Lieber. If you were to try the O method, you would set an intention, participate in your normal masturbation routine and then visualize your goal right when you reach orgasm.
“The idea behind this method is to visualize your desire as you start to climate and continue to focus on it and intensify your vision until you orgasm,” Lieber adds. Some people can even light a candle during the session or meditate in advance.
