Paul Walter Hauser May be known as one of Hollywood’s go-to-character actors with an ever-growing CV and Emmy win to show it. But for the upcoming “The Fantastic Four: First Steps”, the actor felt that he had to work to serve his place in Marvel Cinematic Universe because the MCU actor has become a dozen.
“It’s like, if they can get Denzel, they don’t need you,” shared the actor on a Thursday episode of “Siriusxms Sam Roberts’ Show“With reference to casting rumors that Denzel Washington is in negotiations with the studio and director Ryan Coogler to start in” Black Panther 3. “
Elsewhere in the conversation, the Hauser release the edition on July 25 as “a smart, Chic Marvel movie that really focuses on the family.”
The clip, which you can look at below, starts with the host Roberts asking Hauser if he was cast in his first Marvel project had him immediately to think of the multi-film opportunities that his still revealed character may have in the MCU.

Still, he felt the need to serve his place in “Fantastic Four” and to take advantage of the opportunity, knowing that there were other actors who knocked on Marvel’s door behind him.
“I look at it as if you have to serve it by being really good too. Because someone will make a Marvel -ia now. As, Denzel may be in ‘Black Panther 3.’ There have been rumors about it, him and Coogler who want to do it.
“You were invited to the party,” Hauser continued. “Show, be professional, try to kill it.”
The actor then reflected on the Marvel state at this stage of his multi -friendly story and shared that he sees the studio as in a “cool rebuilding phase.”
“I don’t think I speak from school. And I think, from what I’ve seen, and obviously I can’t say much about it, but I will say the short time I was on the set, the guy, they make a cool movie, man,” he shared. “This is a smart, Chic Marvel movie that really focuses on the family as part of the theme. And you really fall in love with these characters, I think.”
Hauser concluded that that love for the characters is something that is sometimes missing or missing from other latest Marvel trips.
“And that’s what is missing is sometimes if you don’t fall in love with these characters, and you continue to put them in danger, we don’t really care,” he said. “You know, you have to make us care for us first. And I think Marvel hopefully will come back to one of it.”
