Latin Grammy-nominated reggaetstone star Jhayco were arrested at drug costs early Tuesday morning in Miami, according to an arrest report that was looked at Amount.
The Puerto Rico singer, whose real name is Jesús Manuel Nieves Cortés, has been widely recognized for hit collaborations with J Balvin, Bad Bunny (“Dákiti,” “Tarot”, “No Me Conoce” and more) and Kali Uchis, among many others. Until 2019, he performed under the stage name Jhay Cortez.
The report reveals accusations of possession of cocaine and marijuana under Corté’s name, along with a photo of his mug shot. He was arrested and booked around 04:24 at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade County.
He was charged with cocaine possession of 20 grams or less cannabis, with a bond of almost $ 3,000. That bond is listed as paid and submitted.

After a three-year interruption after his 2021 album “Timelezz”, Jhayco released a full-length studio album of 29 songs and with Yandel, DJ Khaled, Peso Pluma and more-in September entitled “Le Clique: Vida Rockstar (X).” The record was co -written and co -produced by Jhayco along with the industry’s heavyweight such as Tainy, Haze and El Arm Secreta.
