Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit With four new moods from the plaintiff who claims sexual abuse, all submitted according to the Act on Gender-motivated Violence with a Lookback window closed on March 1.
The suits, submitted in New York, all detail similar allegations of sexual abuse, with accusers who claim they were drugged and then subjected to sex documents against their will. GMVA was granted an amendment in 2022, which enabled survivors whose claims were previously limited to submit an action against their addicts during the window period March 1, 2023 and 1 March 2025. With the law that was completed, more costumes are expected before the end of the week.
The first suit against Combs comes from Aristalia Benitez, who lived in New York City in 1995 at the age of 20. Another in New York University she was employed by Peppe Jeans, a Tommy Hilfiger sister brand, and was invited by Andy Hilfiger to a party at a restaurant where Camber was present. She sat next to combs and received an non -alcoholic drink, after which Combs is said to be “forcibly groping and gnawing (her) chest, buttocks and genital area under her clothes.” She claims to have become unconscious and woke up on the back of a cabin hours later without remembering how she got there. The prize had been paid, and she noticed that her groin area was tender. Following the belief, the costume claims, she was “vaginally penetrated by responding combs” and his co -workers while they were unconscious.
Another plaintiff, Justin Gooch, claims he was 16 in 1999 while living with his grandparents in New Jersey. In January he visited the popular New York City Club Tunnel, where he met Combs. Combs offered to go gooch to one of the club’s bathrooms and once inside a booth he gave him ketamine and continued to assume penetrate him without consent. After the incident, Combs apparently asked: “It wasn’t that bad, was it?”
Leslie Cockrell filed a third action for an incident that occurred in 1999 when she was 24. She ran a scouting business in the music industry, and during that summer she went to one of Comb’s parties in Hamptons with artist Jay Stone and thought it was a good network opportunity. At the party, Combs offered her a drink and touched her when he gave her a tour of the house, which was “packed inside and outside with naked people who participated in sexual activities together.” After her second drink, she began to feel light and led to a lie in a room by herself. When she drove in and out of consciousness, she woke up to Combs who vaginally penetrated her without consent. When she arrived, she became sore and was told not to tell anyone what happened.
A fourth mood was submitted against Combs and VH1 by Kendra Haffoney, who worked for a designer -showroom in Los Angeles 2007. She applied for a new VH1 show “I want to work for Diddy” and was chosen for New York the same year. One night she was invited to an afterparty where she was invited to a backroom where Combs was with other individuals and had a drink that she thinks was laced. She sat down next to Combs, which is said to “guided her head down to get her to perform oral sex on him.” She went out and woke up to combs sitting at the foot of the bed, knowing she was drugged and that “her vaginal area felt tender.” She claims that she was later invited to Combs’ La Mansion where she was then abused.
Representatives of Combs responded in a request for comment to Amount“No matter how many moods are submitted – especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims – it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs have never attacked sexually or sex trading any – man or woman, adult or less. This trial is nothing more than a collection of media headings, seaming along with fragments from other moods and baseless rumors. With the time limit for New York’s law on gender -motivated violence that expires tomorrow, opportunists rush to submit the last minute, meritless claims. We live in a world where anyone can bring the action for some reason, but it does not make claims. Mr. Combs is convinced that he will be sewn in court. “
The notifications come shortly after a male escort sued Combs for allegations of sexual abuse that is alleged to have occurred in 2012. Combs are currently retained in the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center, where he will remain until his criminal trial, scheduled for May 5.
