As Sean “Diddy” Comb’s federal trial Approach next month, prosecutors have submitted a replacement prosecution with further charges of sex trafficking and transport for pursuing prostitution.
Combs initially faced three charges – racketeering conspiracy, transport of conducting prostitution and sex trafficking – before today’s prosecution, which extends his case to include the two new charges. Prosecutors previously submitted an extended compensation in January, dedicated two new female victims and accused Combs of conducting criminal behavior four years earlier than previously stated.
In today’s 17-page archiving, reviewed by Variety, prosecutors claim that Combs who conduct sex trafficking with victim-2 from about 2021 to 2024. The document says that Combs “recruited, attracted, ended up, transported and maintained victim-2”, and that he “tried, helped, helped and sued to be caused.
He is also charged with transport of engaging in prostitution of victim-2 and commercial sex workers. The prosecution says that Comb’s “deliberately transported individuals in intergovernmental and foreign trade with the intention of individuals conducting prostitution.”
Representatives of cams did not immediately respond to AmountRequest for comment.
Combs is currently imprisoned in New York when he is waiting for his trial, which is tentatively scheduled to start May 5. He did not previously appeal guilty to the charges, which were raised against him in September 2024.
