A new recording of Stephen King’s “Cujo” can be found on Netflix, according to an insider with knowledge of the project.
Roy Lee (“Barbarian”) will produce “Cujo”, which is currently out on writers.
King’s original novel from 1981 centers on a mother and son, captured in a hot car, which is terrorized by a rabid 200-kg. St. Bernard. When time is ticking, it becomes clear that they will die if they do nothing.
A 1983 film pass was directed by Lewis Teague and played Dee Wallace, Daniel Hugh Kelly and Danny Pintauro.
King is one of the most productive American writers of its generation. He has written more than 65 novels and published countless short stories. His bibliography is a gold mine of horror, sci-fi and everything in between.
Most recently, a new recording of “Salem’s Lot” was released at Max. In his review of the movie, Thewrap’s William Bibbiani wrote“Gary Dauberman’s remake of” Salem’s Lot “raises the bar. The vampires finally took over, which made his version more tragic and melancholy. But Dauberman does not try to do the same.
