It is now official. “Stranger Things” creator Matt and Ross Duffer join Paramount, a Skydance company, in an extensive four -year, exclusive deal for feature films, TV and streaming projects, the company announced on Tuesday.
Cindy Holland, as Green has here the sci-fi series when she was on Netflix, is now Paramount’s chairman of Direct-to-Consumer. The brothers would work with Josh Greenstein and Dana Goldberg, who is vice chairman of platforms and chairman of Paramount Television, as well as co -chairman of Paramount Pictures.
The duo will also work with Matt Thunell, chairman of Paramount Television, who also worked with Duffers on Netflix.
Among other opportunities, this urges new partnership Matt and Ross Duffer to fulfill an ambition to write, produce and direct large -scale theater films. The agreement will start after the conclusion of their current agreement with Netflix in April 2026.
