The film, which meets theaters all over the country on Friday, held its world premiere in Hollywood on Monday night. The participants then went quickly online to share their first impressions of the film, and it sounds like Gunn has once again managed to induce an infectious comic book Magic on the screen. A viewer wrote That superhero cinema has not been “this boldly served since sam raimis” spider-man 2, “while another similar way observed“James Gunn embraces the severe, sometimes lovely grainy side of series and their super (Ahem) fun concept in a way that evokes Raimis” Spider-Man. “
As the first official DC universe film made under Gunn and Safrans DC Studios service, there is much to ride on “Superman.” Not only does it need to perform well financially and critically to establish some early hope and excitement for Gunn’s ambitious new superhero -fanchise, it must also be received enough to motivate WB’s decision to completely abandon Zack Snyder’s DC Cinematic Universe several years ago.
The good news is that “Superman” seems to have almost universally won their first wave by the viewers, many of whom confessed their newfound tension for DC universe’s future after seeing the film. Now, everything that remains to be seen is how well relaxed movie guests and the hard comic books, so that “Superman” when it is released to the public in a few days.

#Superman SOARS. It is a non-stop joyride, full of humor, action and emotions.
There is spectacle to save, unbroken optimism and a silly unpredictability that binds everything together, even when there are some minor problems. We have never seen DC like this, and it’s fantastic. pic.twitter.com/km2ec0cdddd

#Superman Is all I wanted it to be and a million things more. It is really astonishing, both as a DC fan who has longed to see this universe on the screen in such a loving and unique way, and just like a hopeful person.
The superhero myth is not the same after this, for the better. pic.twitter.com/7qajrcbuiw

#Superman was my most awaited movie of the year and I left the theater with a smile in the face
It is perhaps the most comic book of comic book of comic books ever. It slopes completely into the crazy sci-fi. It really feels like a comic book or Justice League unlimited on screen

James Gunn’s Superman is the comic book movie I have been waiting to see for decades.
The film shines with a sense of games that, in combination with Kickass movie creation, superhero movie has not seen this boldly served since Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 2.

I looked up and #Superman Completely abolished my love for the superhero genre. Its Irrever’s, bright colors, kinetic cameras, impeccable casting, bold choices and lots of heart happy and pleased me the same. I didn’t just think he could fly; I felt I was too. pic.twitter.com/ynxwkbrebt

Superman: Gosh, I absolutely loved this. James Gunn’s feature length comic magazine Splash Page is so unpologetically stupid, serious and deliberately grainy that it completely charmed me. Left a big, stupid smile in my face at the end. pic.twitter.com/5ikqtmuqfm

I loved Superman! James Gunn embraces the serious, sometimes lovely grainy side of series and their super (Ahem) fun concept in a way that evokes Raimi’s Spider-Man. Corenswet & Brosnahan has great chemistry and embodies Clark & Lois perfectly. And crypto is obviously. pic.twitter.com/vtnluvfkgp

#Superman Soars with heart, heroism and spectacle. David Corenswet provides warmth and sincerity to tomorrow’s man. While the action feels a bit inflated, it is a clear sign that James Gunn understands these characters in their core. Excited for DC -Universe’s future. pic.twitter.com/ipsjxdx9v

Trailers for Superman didn’t really move the needle for me much. I’m glad to report that I fucking loved it. Full of energy and a big beating heart in the center. I am suddenly very invested in this new DC -Ara.
