The suspect was identified as Raymond Boodarian, a 22-year-old Encino resident who had no previous connection to the victims. The police claimed that the Booderian on Thursday, July 10, burgled the house when Kaye and Deluca came home and surprised him. During a subsequent fight, he shot and killed the couple. The police say they identified the booodarian through a combination of forensic evidence and pictures of the security camera.

The award -winning CEO and Deluca, a songwriter and musician, were found shot in the head Muperoon Monday, after several days that they have not seen or heard from friends and family. The police complicated questions, admitted Tuesday that LAPD received two calls relating to a possible burglary at the couple’s address the night they were murdered, which included the details that someone was seen jumping from a fence.

LAPD said officers responded to the calls that day, but could not enter the house. It was not explained how the burglar could access the property but the police were not.
