Tomás Talarico has been appointed CEO of Warner music Södra Kon, which monitors the record label’s operations in Argentina and Chile.
Talksico has taken the role this week when Guillermo Castellani has resigned from the position.
Talarico is based in Buenos Aires and reports to Alejandro Duque, President, Warner Music Latin America. Castellani will remain in the company as a consultant and work through a leadership transition with Talarico.
Talksico joins the company from Mojo, an independent record company and digital distributor which he founded in 2014 and has run as CEO over the past decade. He built a team of more than 30 employees over Argentina, Chile and Peru. Throughout his career, Talaico has played a crucial role in career for new artists such as Ecko, Grupo Zumbale Primo, Kaleb Di Masi, Mario Luis, Papichamp, Rodrigo Tapari and Uriel Lozano.

In his elevated role as CTO, Naldjian will be responsible for monitoring the company’s ongoing technical transformation efforts and running innovation to promote SMP’s business strategy. He will also be responsible for leading cooperation efforts between teams to ensure adaptation over the company globally.
