Warner Chappell Nashville names Austen Adams President


Warner Chappell Music Publishing has appointed Austen Adam’s president for his Nashville business, the company announced today. He will report to Warner Chappell’s co -chair, CEO of Guy Moot and Coo Carianne Marshall, from September 15.

Adams leaves Powerhouse Entertainment Company Big Loud, where he served as head of its publishing and etiquette departments for six years and worked with such artists such as Morgan Wallen, Hardy, Miranda Lambert, Ernest and Stephen Wilson Jr., among many others. According to the announcement, Adams played a key role in the company’s explosive growth, which saw its staff expand from 30 to 100 people and its songwriter, including co-founder Craig Wiseman and Joey Moi, point 90 no 1 hits and three Grammy Awards. Adam’s career in two decades also includes roles in artist management and 15 years as an entertainment lawyer.

He takes the role previously occupied by Former President-Ceo Ben Vaughnwhich passed away in January.
