Ready to meet “the woman in cottage 10?”
The new Netflix thriller, based on the best-selling novel by Ruth Ware and with Keira Knightley, arrives at the streaming platform on October 10. But thanks to a brand new trailer, you can dip your toes in the nautical thriller that begins now. Look at it below.

The trailer introduces Knightley’s Laura “Lo” Blacklock, a journalist who is invited to a charity cruise for the rich and famous, who witnesses a woman (the titular woman in the cottage 10) who falls – or thrown overboard. The problem? No one on the cruise believes her. Will she reveal the truth? And what will it cost her?
The rest of the role “Woman in Cabin 10” includes Guy Pearce, Gugu Mbatha-raw, Kaya Scodelario, David Morrissey, Hannah Waddingham and David Ajala.
“The Woman in Cabin 10” was directed by Simon Stone, with a script by Joe Shrapne, Anna Waterhouse and Stone. Stone previously directed in 2021 Historical Drama “The You” for Netflix.
Ware, the author, said in a statement: “In the heart, the film is about a woman who experiences something wrong, reports it truthfully and is not taken seriously because of who she is. For many, for many know what it feels like and I think we want to be accurate for ourselves as much as LO.”
